Returns & Refunds Policy
At Lavish Kitchen Isle, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If something is not quite right, our returns process is simple and clear. The information below explains when returns are accepted and who is responsible for return costs.
1. Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Completely unused

Unassembled

In the same condition in which they were received

Returned with all original packaging, labels and accessories
Items that are returned used, damaged or incomplete may not qualify for a refund.
2. When Lavish Kitchen Isle Covers Return Costs
We will cover the cost of returning your item if it arrived:

Damaged
-
Faulty or defective
-
Incorrect, including wrong item, wrong size or wrong colour
In these situations, we will arrange a replacement, an exchange or a full refund once the item has been returned and inspected.
3. When the Customer Covers Return Costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer when the return is not due to an error from Lavish Kitchen Isle. This includes:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong product

No longer needing or wanting the item

The item not fitting your available space or not matching your home decor

Items returned used or in a condition that is different from how they were received

Products that are not eligible for free returns under our return categories
4. Heavy and Bulky Items
For items that are very large or heavy:

If the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, return collection is free of charge.

For all other return reasons, a home collection fee of 50 pounds may be deducted from your refund.
5. Condition of Returned Items
To receive a full refund, items must be returned:

Completely unused

Undamaged

Unassembled

In the original packaging

With all parts, accessories, manuals and components included
Items that are missing parts, show signs of use, show signs of damage or are returned without original packaging may receive a partial refund or may have the return refused.
6. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Unless they are defective, the following items cannot be returned:

Personalised or customised products

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened
7. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and you will be notified if your refund has been approved.
If your refund is approved:

The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Most refunds appear within 5 - 7 business days after they are processed
8. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
