Is shipping free? 
Yes , we offer free shipping to anywhere within the UK.

What is your order process?
As soon as you have completed your payment process and we receive your order, we will send out a confirmation email  to you (the email address you provided), this just means we have received your order in our system and we've pre-authorised your payment method ready for your purchase. When the product(s) are ready to be shipped out, a shipping confirmation email would be sent to you. Please contact us for further assistance.  


I placed my order but did not receive a confirmation email. Why?
If you recently placed your order and didn't immediately receive a confirmation email from us, then there might be a few issues we can look into:

1. Our emails might be going to your junk or spam folder
2. There might have been a misspelling when you entered your email address during checkout
3. Your email server has very strong spam filters and is identifying our emails as spam so the emails aren't going through.

To be on the safe side, we encourage our customers to provide an alternate email to info@lavishkitchenisle.com 


What happens after I receive my order confirmation?
We check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your item(s) are available and can be dispatched as soon as possible. If your item(s) are available for shipping (within 5 business days), we'll process the charges and prepare to ship your order.

In the event that your item(s) are unavailable for immediate despatch, we remove the pre-authorisation from your payment method and reach out to you via email or telephone.

How fast is your shipping?
Depending on the product but generally shipping time takes about 3-35  working days. Please note that it may take 1-2days to process your order, these days are used  .  

How can I track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, as tracking number would be sent to you. Please note that sometimes, there could be delays. However, if your items are not received within the specified period of time inform our customer service team. 

Why do you need my phone number?
Some of our deliveries our couriers require a contact number to ensure a smooth delivery of your order. We won't give to anyone else, it’s kept private and confidential. Plus if there's any issues with your order we can contact you quickly and easily.

Is it safe to buy online through your website?
Absolutely Yes. At Lavish Kitchen Island, we  strive towards providing our customers a secure and great customer experience on our website. Our site uses SSL encryption technology so that you never have to worry about your personal data and  credit card safety.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most places in the United Kingdom for now, but we are working on delivering to many more countries soon. However, please note that for the larger Kitchen Islands, deliveries are mostly made by a single driver and it's important to make sure that at least one other able body is present to help with unloading. Please get in touch with us for further details and clarifications before placing your order. Delivery of certain larger products may not also be available to some destinations

My house doorway is small, what should I do? 
Please make sure that you have adequate access for larger products. If you think this may be an issue please contact us before ordering as it is often possible to adapt the construction methods of larger furniture items to take into account, for example smaller width doors or narrow corridors & staircases etc.

What is your return address?

What to do if products are damaged? 
We take extra precaution to ensure that the item(s) are not damaged in transit. However, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at info@lavishkitchenisle.com; within 3 business days after receiving shipping. Please make note of any visible damages and be as detailed as possible as this will assist us in processing your damage claim with the delivering carrier.
