the packaging shows "This Way Up" and "Fragile" but the cabinet was transported from the vehicle on a sack truck in a near vertical position - unpacked it was evident that the internal packaging was damp; upon revealing the cabinet itself it was soaked in condensation. I assume it had been left overnight in a vehicle with no temperature or environmental controls - it was 5 days late
